Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your space becomes the sanctuary — and I prepare everything to bring the full spa experience to you. Out of respect for your time and mine, please review the policy below:
⏰Cancellations & Reschedules
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $50 late cancellation fee, to cover travel and prep time.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows (under 2 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the service total.
💳Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all mobile appointments.
- This goes toward your total and can be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice.
🕒Arrival & Timing
- Please ensure your space is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed for unexpected delays. After that, time may be deducted or the session may be canceled depending on availability.
⚠️Special Note for Mobile Appointments:
As a mobile therapist, I block off time not just for your massage, but for travel, setup, and breakdown. Last-minute changes impact my ability to serve others fairly, so I truly appreciate your understanding and communication.
